9 BR, 9 BA Largest House in Cambria! Beautiful Mansion. CLOSE TO 20+ WINERIES. Have the place to yourselves! We have a lovely 20-40 person seating downstairs dining room with piano and a 20 foot long antique bar from the Buffalo Hilton, NY dated 1865! 1920's film star theme. Eight upstairs rooms are fully furnished, clean, and include a full bath with claw-foot tub/shower. One room downstairs is a studio with shower. Flat screen TV's in each room. Near Hearst Castle. Wonderful coastal cliff hikes and beach walks. Beaches w/ amazing stones of all colors including moonstones. WALKING DISTANCE TO TOWN AND BEACH
Cambria Village has unique shopping, restaurants, art galleries. Elephant Seals on the beach nearby reserve. Wineries close and beautiful rolling hills surround. The mansion comes with a full use commercial kitchen. An on-site caretaker in a sectioned off and downstairs section of the house, is available for up to ***2 hrs per day*** (pre-scheduled) at NO EXTRA charge and based on availability. This will be for help in the kitchen/dining area. 10 parking spaces.
Cambria is located just 3.5 hrs north of Los Angeles or 3.5 hrs south of San Francisco.
We can accomodate 21 persons in beds if you double up and have one in the twin roll-away. 8 additional guests at most may be added to the rooms if you bring your own cots or air mattresses. Four of the nine rooms will fit 2 twins or 1 queen each. An additional fee of $25 per guest stay will be required for guest number 22-29. Sleeping is allowed in bedrooms only. Maximum number of guests / visitors allowed in house at one time is 40 unless approved by the owner. |
